Paul Kagame is the man who has led Rwanda out of the genocide that took place fifteen years ago.

His priority has been to rebuild Rwanda and put the terrible ethnic divisions firmly in the past.

His country is now described as bright and promising with a growing economy and a determined workforce.

Yet President Kagame faces repeated international criticism for a lack of democracy and freedom of expression inside Rwanda, and his country's actions in Congo.

So which view of Rwanda is right?
