Le décor est préparé pour un nouveau massacre des Tutsis Congolais. Comme il est reporté par plusieurs observateurs y compris la M0NUC, le gouvernement de Joseph Kabila collaborant avec ces Rwandais qui ont fuis leur pays après avoir perpétré le génocide de 1994, se bat contre les troupes du Général Nkunda, défendeur des Tutsis Congolais, persécutés par le pouvoir de Kinshasa, à chaque fois qu’on doit distraire le peuple et couvrir l’incompétence du régime.
Le Gouvernement de Joseph Kabila n’a jamais souscrit aux négociations avec le General Nkunda afin de régler le problème de sécurité de ces Tutsis Congolais. La preuve fragrante est que le monde possède le cahier de revendications du Général Nkunda ainsi que les solutions qu’il préconise pour protéger cette tribu minoritaire mais jusqu’à présent, le Président Joseph Kabila n’à jamais évoquer les solutions que le gouvernement envisage pour la protection de cette tribu contre ces génocidaires rwandais qui ont envahi le Kivu et sèment la terreur depuis plus d’une décennie car il n’en a pas . Par contre, l’alliance J.Kabila et les génocidaire perdure et se renforce. D’après les observateurs, ces génocidaires reçoivent une assistance militaire et logistique.
La situation sociale dans le Kivu est plus que préoccupante. Les populations toutes tribus confondues, fuient et se réfugient dans les territoires contrôlés par le Général Nkunda par peur des massacres perpétrés par ces bandes encadrés et armées par le gouvernement de Kabila.
Nous attirons l’attention de la communauté internationale de se qui se déroule aujourd’hui dans le Kivu, une crise humanitaire est à craindre. Nous accusons les massacres de la population du Kivu par Kabila et ses alliés génocidaires, nous accusons l’immobilisme de la MONUC témoin sur place.
Le Général Laurent Nkunda et ses troupes payent de leur vie pour que le monde ne découvre plus jamais dans CNN, les images de corps calcinés de Tutsis Congolais dans les rues de Kinshasa.
L’histoire se répète mais ne se ressemble pas. Les tutsis Congolais comme tout autre Congolais, ont droit à la vie, ils sont prêts à se défendre et ils vaincront car il y aura toujours « des Généraux Nkunda » pour défendre l’oppressé, on les appelle des patriotes.

All is ready for a new massacre of Congolese tutsis. As it has been reported by many observers including the Monuc ocasionally, Kabila government in collaboration with those Rwandese who left their country after perpetrating the 1994 genocide, is fighting against General Nkunda's troupes, the defendor of Congolese tutsis, who are cyclicly persecuted by the Kinshasa power every time it needs to distract its people and cover up the regime's incompetence.
Joseph Kabila's government has never agreed to negociating with General Nkunda in order to solve the security problem for the Congolese tutsis. The most patent proof of this is that the whole world knows Nkunda's claims and the proposals he suggests to end this problem. But up to this date, president Joseph Kabila has never said which solutions the government has for the protection of that minority tribe against the genocidal Rwandan forces which invaded the Kivu where they have been wagging terror for the last 13 years. He does not have the solution. Instead the alliance between him and those negative forces is lasting and strengthening. According to observers and the leader of those forces, they receive military and logistic assistance from the Congolese government.
The social situation in the Kivu is more than worrying. The population, all tribes together, are running away from their homes seeking refuge in the territories under the control of Nkunda's troupes, for the fear of massacres being perpetrated by the armed negative forces backed Kabila's governement.
We are calling the International community's attention on what is happening today in the Kivu, a humanitarian crisis is underway. We are accusing Kabila and his allies for massacring the population in Kivu, and we are accusing the immobilism of Monuc, a watching witness of the drama on the ground .
General Nkunda and his troupes are putting their life in line to avoid that never again the world comes to see on CNN the image of calcinated bodies of Congolese tutsis in the streets of Kinshasa
History repeats itself but never in the same way. Congolese tutsis like all Congolese, have the right to live. They are ready to defend themselves and they will win because of the fact that there will always be « General Nkundas » to defend the oppressed, they are the ones we call patriots.
