En RDC, les manifestions s’étendent malgré une répression féroce
Au troisième jour de mobilisation de la population à Kinshasa et dans l’Est du pays contre une loi qui permet au chef de l’Etat de rester au pouvoir au-delà du terme établi par la Constitution en 2016, le décompte des victimes de la violence policière prend des proportions effrayantes. Ce qui ne fléchit pas, au contraire, la volonté de lutte des Congolais qui réclament désormais le départ du président Kabila.
In DRC, the demonstrations are spreading in spite of a ferocious repression. At the third day of the mobilisation of the population in Kinshasa and in the eastern part of the country against a law that would allow the head of state to stay in power beyond the term established by the constitution in 2016, the number of the victims of the state violence is taking scary proportions. That does not weaken, though, the will of struggle of the congolese : they now want the departure of president Kabila.
