Bush à Kigali. L’ami qui vous veut du bien.

bush_a_kigali.jpgMalgré les embarras de circulation, la présence de militaires à tous les carrefours sans parler des policiers en civil qui quadrillaient la ville, les habitants de Kigali ont vécu la visite de Georges Bush comme un moment historique. Pour la circonstance, autant la ville que ses habitants se sont présentés sous leur meilleur jour : depuis le matin, des foules de badauds, habillés avec recherche, s’étaient massés sur le parcours du cortège, tandis que la ville étincelait de propreté, avec ses parterres de fleurs, ses rond points rehaussés par des statues.
